While they were swimming, the rest of Kōtuku class made a chocolate cake for morning tea. We had a great time cooking it and it worked really well - until we had to take it out of the cake tray. Oops! Still, the juniors LOVED their handful of cake crumbs......
Well done, Kōtuku. My one sadness is that I wasn't at school to help lick the bowl!
